Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the potatoes into small chunks.
  2. Slice the zucchinis into rounds.
  3. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  4. In a separate pot, steam the zucchini until soft, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
  6. Add the steamed zucchini, milk, and butter to the potatoes.
  7. Mash everything together until smooth and creamy.
