- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

- 1/4 cup kalamata olives, pitted and sliced

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- In a bowl, combine quinoa, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and olives.
