Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the cucumber into thick rounds.
  2. Cut the feta cheese into cubes.
  3. On each skewer, thread a cucumber slice, a cube of feta, and a cherry tomato.
  4. Add a fresh mint leaf on top of each skewer.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper before serving.

  • For added flavor, marinate the feta in herbs before skewering.
