- 1 large cucumber
- 200g feta cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- Fresh mint leaves
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and slice the cucumber into thick rounds.
- Cut the feta cheese into cubes.
- On each skewer, thread a cucumber slice, a cube of feta, and a cherry tomato.
- Add a fresh mint leaf on top of each skewer.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the feta in herbs before skewering.
