- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, feta cheese, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in a zip-top bag and pour marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes, preferably overnight.
- Preheat grill or oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill or bake chicken for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
