Description

A moist and delicious banana bread made with Greek yogurt for added flavor and nutrition.


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas, Greek yogurt, sugar, honey, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the baking soda, baking powder, salt, and flour.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
