Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the pistachio pudding mix and milk until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
- Add the mini marshmallows, crushed pineapple, chopped nuts, and shredded coconut (if using) to the mixture.
- Stir gently until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
