Description

A delicious and juicy grilled bacon cheeseburger recipe perfect for spring and summer BBQs.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce, tomato, and onion for toppings


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Form the ground beef into 4 patties and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then set aside.
  4. Grill the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  5. In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
  6. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Assemble the burgers by placing the patty on the bun, topping with bacon, lettuce, tomato, and onion.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
