Ingredients

- 1 lb flank steak
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the flank steak in the balsamic mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing it thinly.
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and feta cheese.
- Top the salad with the sliced steak and drizzle with any remaining balsamic dressing.
- Serve immediately.
