Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together coconut milk, lime juice, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the shrimp to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers.
  5. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are opaque and cooked through.
