Description

A flavorful grilled chicken dish marinated in a sweet and tangy honey mustard sauce, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes, or overnight for better flavor.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting excess drip off, and place on the grill.
  5. Grill for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Serve the grilled chicken with the reserved marinade as a dressing.

Notes

For best flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. Use a meat thermometer to avoid overcooking.
