Description

A delightful medley of shrimp, scallops, and fish, marinated and grilled to perfection. Perfect for family gatherings and summer BBQs.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound scallops
  • 1 pound fish fillets (such as salmon or halibut), cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wood or metal skewers
  • Vegetable (such as bell pepper, zucchini, or onion) for skewering

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Add shrimp, scallops, and fish to the bowl, tossing to coat.
  4. Thread the seafood and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between pieces.
  5. Grill the skewers for 3-4 minutes per side, until seafood is cooked through and flaky.
  6. Serve immediately with additional lemon wedges if desired.

Notes

For best flavor, marinate seafood for at least 30 minutes. Soak wooden skewers in water to prevent burning.
