Ingredients

- 1 pound scallops
- 1 pound fish fillets (such as salmon or halibut), cut into chunks

- Wood or metal skewers
- Vegetable (such as bell pepper, zucchini, or onion) for skewering
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add shrimp, scallops, and fish to the bowl, tossing to coat.
- Thread the seafood and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between pieces.
- Grill the skewers for 3-4 minutes per side, until seafood is cooked through and flaky.
- Serve immediately with additional lemon wedges if desired.
Notes
For best flavor, marinate seafood for at least 30 minutes. Soak wooden skewers in water to prevent burning.
