  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, vegetable oil, egg, vanilla extract, and a few drops of green food coloring.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Fill the donut pan with the batter and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Let the donuts cool before glazing.
  7. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar with milk and add more green food coloring if desired.
  8. Dip the cooled donuts in the glaze and top with red sprinkles.
