- 1 store-bought 9-inch pie crust
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup diced ham (smoked or honey-baked)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 cup chopped spinach or bell peppers
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll pie crust into a 9-inch pie plate and gently press to fit.
- Whisk eggs and milk together in a bowl until fluffy. Season with salt and pepper.
- Fold in diced ham, shredded cheddar, and optional vegetables if using.
- Pour mixture into prepared crust.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until set and golden brown on top.
- Allow quiche to cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze individual slices for up to 3 months.
