- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 package of rye bread or crackers
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and Italian sausage over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Drain excess fat and reduce heat to low.
- Add cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder to the meat mixture.
- Stir until the cheeses are melted and the mixture is well combined.
- Spread the mixture onto slices of rye bread or serve with crackers.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes or until bubbly.
Notes
- Can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
- Adjust the spices according to your taste.
