  • 8 large eggs

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup diced cooked ham or sausage (optional)
  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the frozen hashbrowns, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add in the cheese, cooked meat, and bell peppers if using, and mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the casserole is set and the top is golden brown.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
