- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, olive oil, garlic powder, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade.
- On a sheet pan, arrange the marinated chicken, pineapple chunks, and sliced bell peppers.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
