Description

A delightful and easy Hawaiian chicken sheet pan recipe perfect for a spring dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, olive oil, garlic powder, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade.
