- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Pour a small amount of the melted chocolate into each liner, just enough to cover the bottom.
- Add a few fresh raspberries on top of the chocolate layer.
- Pour more melted chocolate over the raspberries to cover them completely.
- Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of chocolate on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until set.
