Instructions
- Whisk together the egg, maple syrup, milk, and vanilla extract in a microwave-safe mug.
- Mix in the almond flour, cocoa powder, sea salt, and chocolate chips, folding until smooth.
- Cook in the microwave on HIGH for 90 seconds and check the texture.
- Cool for 1-2 minutes. Optionally, add chocolate chips, powdered sugar, or berries before enjoying.
Notes
