  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mixed nuts, seeds, and rolled oats.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the honey or maple syrup, nut butter, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool before serving.
