- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup nut butter (peanut or almond)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed nuts, seeds, and rolled oats.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the honey or maple syrup, nut butter, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
