- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, honey or maple syrup, and cinnamon. Mix well and spread evenly in a baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix rolled oats, almond flour, melted coconut oil, salt, baking powder, and almond milk until combined.
- Spread the oat mixture over the peaches in the baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla yogurt for added creaminess.
