Ingredients

- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup beet juice (for coloring)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a double boiler, melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the beet juice, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into heart-shaped silicone molds.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until set.
- Once set, gently remove the chocolate hearts from the molds and enjoy!
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Feel free to adjust the sweetness to your preference.
- These can be made vegan by using maple syrup instead of honey.
