  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • Cooked egg noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the beef stew meat, chopped onion, minced garlic, and sliced mushrooms.
  2. Pour in the beef broth and add Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir to combine all ingredients.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours until the beef is tender.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the sour cream and flour together until smooth.
  6. About 30 minutes before serving, stir the sour cream mixture into the slow cooker.
  7. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
