Ingredients

- 1 loaf of bread, cubed
- 1 cup of celery, chopped
- 1 cup of onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 cups of vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup of butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed bread, celery, onion, parsley, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, mix the vegetable broth and melted butter.
- Pour the broth mixture over the bread mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the stuffing to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
Notes
- Feel free to add other herbs like sage or dill for additional flavor.
- This stuffing can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
- For a richer flavor, use chicken broth instead of vegetable broth.
