Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of bread, cubed
  • 1 cup of celery, chopped
  • 1 cup of onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 2 cups of vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup of butter, melted


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cubed bread, celery, onion, parsley, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the vegetable broth and melted butter.
  4. Pour the broth mixture over the bread mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the stuffing to a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.

Notes

  • Feel free to add other herbs like sage or dill for additional flavor.
  • This stuffing can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
