Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cod fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, parsley, dill, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the cod fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the herb mixture over the cod fillets.
