Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Add carrots, celery, and onion; sauté until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Gradually add chicken broth, stirring constantly until thickened.
- Stir in milk, thyme, garlic powder, peas, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 10-15 minutes until heated through.
