A nostalgic, protein-packed treat that tastes just like Dunkaroos! This high-protein dip is creamy, sweet, and perfect for snacking.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt (2% or full-fat)
  • ½ cup cottage cheese (blended smooth)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (whey or plant-based)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp almond extract (optional)
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Sprinkles (for garnish)
  • Optional: 1 tbsp oat flour for cake batter texture

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese and Greek yogurt until silky smooth.
  2. Add vanilla protein powder, maple syrup, extracts, and salt. Blend again or stir in with a spatula.
  3. If desired, mix in oat flour a tablespoon at a time for a doughy texture.
  4. Spoon into a bowl, top with sprinkles, and serve with apple slices, graham crackers, or vanilla wafers.
  5. Chill for 30 minutes or enjoy immediately.

Notes
