A nostalgic, protein-packed treat that tastes just like Dunkaroos! This high-protein dip is creamy, sweet, and perfect for snacking.
Ingredients

- ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt (2% or full-fat)
- ½ cup cottage cheese (blended smooth)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (whey or plant-based)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp almond extract (optional)
- Pinch of sea salt
- Sprinkles (for garnish)
- Optional: 1 tbsp oat flour for cake batter texture
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese and Greek yogurt until silky smooth.
- Add vanilla protein powder, maple syrup, extracts, and salt. Blend again or stir in with a spatula.
- If desired, mix in oat flour a tablespoon at a time for a doughy texture.
- Spoon into a bowl, top with sprinkles, and serve with apple slices, graham crackers, or vanilla wafers.
- Chill for 30 minutes or enjoy immediately.
Notes
Store in the fridge for 3–4 days. Flavors develop over time, making it even tastier after resting.
