- 1 bag of frozen fries
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked ground turkey or chicken
- 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the frozen fries package.
- Spread the frozen fries on a baking sheet and bake until crispy.
- In a skillet, cook the ground turkey or chicken with taco seasoning until fully cooked.
- Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and sprinkle the cooked meat, black beans, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños on top.
- Generously sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the loaded fries.
- Return the loaded fries to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top with sour cream and chopped green onions before serving.
