High Protein Ranch Dip

Description

This high protein ranch dip is thick, flavorful, and nourishing. Perfect for snacks, meal prep, or parties.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (full fat or 2%)
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1½ teaspoons dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives (optional)
  • 24 tablespoons water or milk (to thin, if needed)

Instructions

  1. Add cottage cheese and Greek yogurt to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Blend to combine.
  3. To thin, blend in 1 tablespoon of water or milk at a time until desired consistency.
  4. Fold in chopped chives if using. Stir by hand and serve.

Notes

Use high-protein Greek yogurt like FAGE or skyr for more protein. Try smoked paprika or chipotle for a smoky twist. Stir in diced pickles or hot sauce for bold flavor.
