This high protein ranch dip is thick, flavorful, and nourishing. Perfect for snacks, meal prep, or parties.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cottage cheese (full fat or 2%)
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1½ teaspoons dried dill
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives (optional)
- 2–4 tablespoons water or milk (to thin, if needed)
Instructions
- Add cottage cheese and Greek yogurt to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Add dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Blend to combine.
- To thin, blend in 1 tablespoon of water or milk at a time until desired consistency.
- Fold in chopped chives if using. Stir by hand and serve.
Notes
Use high-protein Greek yogurt like FAGE or skyr for more protein. Try smoked paprika or chipotle for a smoky twist. Stir in diced pickles or hot sauce for bold flavor.
