Description
A refreshing and hydrating morning ritual made with Himalayan pink salt, lemon, and optional apple cider vinegar and baking soda — perfect for digestion and gentle energy support.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup filtered water (lukewarm or room temperature)
- ⅛ teaspoon finely ground Himalayan pink salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon raw apple cider vinegar (with “mother,” optional)
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda (optional, for alkalinity)
Instructions
- Add the lemon juice, pink salt, and apple cider vinegar to a glass or jar.
- Pour in the filtered water and stir until the salt is fully dissolved.
- If using baking soda, add it last. Let the mixture settle — it may fizz lightly.
- Sip slowly, ideally on an empty stomach, or about 30 minutes before a meal.
Notes
If you’re easing into this, skip the vinegar and baking soda until your body adjusts. Great for gut sensitivity or during fasting. Use a citrus juicer for fresh lemon, and enjoy with a light smoothie for a full wellness reset.
