Description

A hearty and comforting casserole made with ground beef and vegetables, perfect for a family meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can (15 oz) green beans, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink.
  3. Drain excess fat and stir in the cream of mushroom soup, green beans, corn, and diced potatoes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
