  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat; drain excess fat.
  4. Add marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the beef; simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. In a baking dish, spread a layer of the meat sauce, followed by a layer of noodles, ricotta cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
