  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour, salt, pepper, and paprika until smooth.
  4. Gradually whisk in the milk, cooking until the mixture thickens.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar and Parmesan cheeses until melted.
  6. Combine the cheese sauce with the cooked macaroni and mix well.
  7. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
