Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 cup onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onions and bell peppers, sauté until softened.
  3. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with taco seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place one tortilla in the skillet, layer with chicken mixture, sautéed vegetables, and cheese.
  5. Top with another tortilla and cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
  6. Remove from skillet, cut into wedges, and serve hot.
