- 200g dark chocolate, chopped
- 100ml heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Earl Grey tea leaves
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- Cocoa powder, for dusting
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
- Add the Earl Grey tea leaves to the cream and remove from heat. Let it steep for about 10 minutes.
- Strain the cream to remove the tea leaves and return it to the saucepan.
- Add the chopped dark chocolate and butter to the warm cream, stirring until smooth and fully melted.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and refrigerate for about 2 hours, or until firm.
- Once firm, use a melon baller or your hands to scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Roll the truffles in cocoa powder to coat them.
- Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
