Description

A delicious and healthy ice cream made with cottage cheese using the Ninja Creami.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fruit of choice (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, milk, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. If using fruit, fold it into the mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  5. After freezing, process the mixture in the Ninja Creami according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  6. Scoop and serve immediately or refreeze for a firmer texture.
