Ingredients

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, flour, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, Parmesan cheese, and olive oil.
- Mix until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick.
- Cut into desired shapes and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
