Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken thighs with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the seasoned chicken thighs on a sheet pan.
- Add the mixed vegetables around the chicken on the sheet pan.
