Instructions

  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Slowly add the warm water and vanilla extract, stirring until the batter is smooth.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Let the cake cool before serving.
