Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- In a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, cornstarch, and water. Cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens.
- Once the meatballs are done, toss them in the honey garlic sauce until well coated.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- These meatballs can be served as an appetizer or over rice for a main dish.
