Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. In a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, cornstarch, and water. Cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens.
  6. Once the meatballs are done, toss them in the honey garlic sauce until well coated.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
