- 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add the shrimp to the marinade and let it sit for 15-20 minutes.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the marinated shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
- Add the slurry to the skillet and stir until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
