Ingredients

- 2 cups carrots, sliced
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the sliced carrots.
- Cook for about 5 minutes, then add the green beans and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until both are tender.
- Drain the vegetables and return them to the pot.
- Add the butter and honey to the pot, stirring until the butter is melted and the vegetables are well coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve warm.
