Description

A delicious and healthy dinner option featuring salmon with a sweet and spicy honey sriracha glaze, perfect for spring.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together honey, sriracha, and soy sauce.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the honey sriracha mixture over the salmon fillets.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  7. While the salmon is baking, prepare the rice and steam the broccoli.
  8. Once the salmon is done, assemble the bowls by placing rice at the bottom, topped with salmon, steamed broccoli, and avocado slices.
  9. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnish.
