Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 cup hot honey
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with hot honey until well coated.
  2. In another bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toast the slider buns lightly.
  4. Assemble the sliders by placing a generous amount of hot honey chicken on the bottom half of each bun.
  5. Add a spoonful of coleslaw on top of the chicken.
  6. Cover with the top half of the bun and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of hot honey based on your spice preference.
  • These sliders can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
