Description

A delicious and easy appetizer featuring little smokies coated in a sweet and spicy honey garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (14 oz) little smokies
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add little smokies to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  4. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the smokies and stir to coat.
  5. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
