			- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the vegetable oil into a muffin tin, filling each cup about 1/4 full.
- Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven for 5 minutes to heat the oil.
- Carefully remove the tin from the oven and pour the batter evenly into each cup.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the puddings are puffed and golden brown.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For best results, use room temperature ingredients.
- Do not open the oven door while baking to ensure they rise properly.
- These can be served with roast beef or as a side dish with gravy.
