- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 package of mini phyllo pastry cups
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add the diced onion and green bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place the mini phyllo pastry cups on a baking sheet.
- Spoon the beef mixture into each pastry cup.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
