Instructions
- Combine the blackberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a bowl. Mash a few blackberries gently to release their juices, then let sit for about 10 minutes.
- Whip the heavy cream in another bowl until soft peaks form.
- Fold the Greek yogurt into the whipped cream until well combined.
- Gently fold the blackberry mixture into the cream mixture, being careful not to break all the berries.
- Spoon the mixture into serving glasses and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
Notes
