Description

A luscious dessert combining the flavors of Irish coffee with a creamy layered pie in a graham cracker crust.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup brewed strong coffee (cooled)
  • 1/4 cup Irish whiskey
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar in a mixing bowl until soft peaks form.
  2. Beat the cream cheese until smooth in another bowl. Add the cooled coffee, Irish whiskey, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Fold the whipped cream gently into the coffee mixture until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour half of the mixture into the graham cracker crust, smoothing the top.
  5. Add the remaining mixture on top, smoothing again to create an even layer.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  7. Garnish with chocolate shavings or a dusting of cocoa powder before serving.

Notes

For a reduced sugar option, consider using sugar substitutes like stevia or monk fruit. Quality ingredients make a significant difference in flavor.
