Instructions
- Whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar in a mixing bowl until soft peaks form.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth in another bowl. Add the cooled coffee, Irish whiskey, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Fold the whipped cream gently into the coffee mixture until fully incorporated.
- Pour half of the mixture into the graham cracker crust, smoothing the top.
- Add the remaining mixture on top, smoothing again to create an even layer.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings or a dusting of cocoa powder before serving.
