A delicious and creamy chicken dish perfect for celebrating St. Patrick’s Day.
Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Irish cream liqueur
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook chicken in the skillet until golden brown on both sides, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add Irish cream liqueur and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in heavy cream and cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
- Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
