Description

A deliciously creamy fudge infused with Irish cream and crunchy pistachios.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup Irish cream liqueur
  • 1 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring until melted and smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in Irish cream liqueur and vanilla extract.
  3. Fold in chopped pistachios until evenly distributed.
  4. Pour the mixture into a lined 8×8 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  6. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  • For a stronger flavor, increase the amount of Irish cream liqueur.
