A deliciously creamy fudge infused with Irish cream and crunchy pistachios.
Ingredients

- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup Irish cream liqueur
- 1 cup chopped pistachios
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in Irish cream liqueur and vanilla extract.
- Fold in chopped pistachios until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into a lined 8×8 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- For a stronger flavor, increase the amount of Irish cream liqueur.
- Feel free to substitute pistachios with other nuts if desired.
